-
Q. How long does it take to digitize invoices?
Invoices are typically digitized within a few hours of when we receive them. You can also view received invoices as images even before they’re digitized. This lets you act quickly when necessary, without waiting for them to be passed along or forward via email. -
Q. When supporting documents need to be sent along with invoices, will those also be digitized and stored in Bill One?
Yes, they will. Bill One acquires a variety of transaction data. All information related to the invoice, including supporting documents, will be digitized. -
Q. Do we have to ask companies that send us invoices to change how they do it?
There’s no need for them to change how they issue invoices. For invoices sent by postal mail, we receive them and scan them on your behalf. This means there’s no added burden on your those who send you invoices.
